young women in business to help them optimize their businesses, passions, talents and dreams through Coaching, Training and mentorship

To empower young African women in business to build sustainable businesses through transformative conversations at events, business coaching, training and mentorship .

VISION:
To be the leading home for young African women in business who solve community challenges one business at a time.
We have previously organized and hosted over 20 geared towards empowerment to advocate for SDG 5; Gender Equality and SDG 8; Decentw ork and Economic growth. We have engaged with key local personalities as speakers in our forums, hangouts, workshops which also have vending opportunities. After 4 years in that field, we have diversified our meet ups to focus highly on entrepreneurs seeking business optimization for their businesses.
This is a more involving way to be part of the upcoming businesses in our communities. We believe that if we nurture our businesses with the right support system and skills, then we have a chance to build sustainable businesses that will help curb unemployment one job at a time.

Our previous events include:
​
*Girl Power forum and Girl Power Hangout. This is an event where young women aged 25-34 come together to be inspired and motivated by fellow young women who are changemakers in the society by pursuing their talents, passion, dreams and career. It is a series of workshops and forums that tackle issues of mental health future of work, business and entrepreneurship.

*Fashion Bloggers Runway Show. This is a fashion event that brings together young creatives such as stylists, lifestyle vloggers, young entrepreneurs, fashion bloggers and models to a fun and entertaining event celebrating business, content creation and fashion through runway, vendors market, food and drinks.
​
*Creatives Mingle Nairobi. This is a creative event that brings different creatives from different fields with an aim to promote business in the creative field and encourage more creatives to embrace their talents
​
*High school career talks. Every year together with other change makers we would hold career talks in different high schools with an aim to share the new career trends and the future of work.
